US FLOW is a market research terminal built for convenience, discovery, and education. It does not provide investment advice and is not a speed-based trading feed.
US FLOW does not require an account and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or precise location. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
By default, your portfolio positions, watchlist, settings and preferences are stored on your device. We only receive limited data when you enable notifications or use FLOW AI, as described below.
If you enable notifications, we store on our server the minimum needed to deliver the alerts you asked for: the push subscription your device provides (a technical delivery address from Google FCM), the ticker symbols you follow, and any price alerts you set. This data is not linked to a name or account, is never used for advertising or profiling, and is deleted when the subscription expires or when you disable notifications on your device.
If you use FLOW AI, your question and recent chat history are processed to generate an informational answer. If you ask FLOW AI about your portfolio, holdings, or watchlist, a compact summary of that saved context is sent with your question, including ticker symbols, quantities, cost basis, and watchlist symbols. This is used only to generate the answer and is not stored on our servers. FLOW AI is for market research only and does not provide investment advice, recommendations, or guarantees.
Charts, quotes, forecasts, headlines, and mention data are loaded from public market sources, public archives, and third-party data providers. The app contains links to third-party services such as Robinhood; their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave US FLOW.

You can request deletion of the data associated with your device (push subscription, followed symbols, price alerts) at any time by emailing contact@flowsquant.com. Disabling notifications on your device removes the subscription automatically.
